There’s really no more affordable way to be able to fly so many aircraft for both training up to more advanced aircraft or typical persona/family casual flights. We’ve got the benefits of ownership, with more generous polices that can be found at most FBO rentals. (Such as tach time based billing and no minimums for overnights, and more.)

As one of the Club’s several Maintenance Coordinators, I’ve enjoyed not only flying, but also learning how to be a better aircraft owner. We keep our fleet well maintained, and every time we do an upgrade or run through an annual inspection, we’re always learning something new and interesting about flying.

Over the years I’ve found that the flying club is likely the best, most affordable way I could have chosen to get access to multiple aircraft for both training and family trips. There’s been a nice upgrade path from Archers to retractable Arrows through high performance Bonanzas. Not sure where else that’s eve possible.
